The Miss Earth 2013 National Costume Competition was held last November 25 at the F1 Hotel in Taguig. The winners was announced based on continents. The results are as follows:
AMERICA
Gold Medal: Bahamas
Silver Medal: Brazil
Bronze Medal: Bolivia
