The Miss Earth 2013 National Costume Competition was held last November 25 at the F1 Hotel in Taguig. The winners was announced based on continents. The results are as follows:
ASIA & OCEANIA
Gold Medal: Indonesia
Silver Medal: Philippines
Bronze Medal: Thailand
